Adam took a deep breath as he walked into his new classroom at the Egyptian school. He was nervous about being the new student, but he tried to stay positive. As he found an empty seat, a girl named Holland waved at him and smiled. Adam waved back, relieved to see a friendly face.

The teacher, Ms. Hope, welcomed Adam to the class and asked him to introduce himself. Adam stood up and shyly shared a little about himself, like where he was from and the sports he enjoyed playing. Some of the students listened politely, but one boy in the back of the room, who Adam later learned was a bully, just scoffed and rolled his eyes.

When it was time for recess, Holland invited Adam to join her and her friends. Adam was happy to have the chance to make new friends. They played a few games of soccer, and Adam was surprised to see how skilled the other students were, especially a strong boy who seemed to be the star player.

By the end of the day, Adam felt much more comfortable in his new school. He was grateful for Holland's kindness and looked forward to getting to know his classmates better. As he walked home, he smiled, feeling hopeful about the year ahead.
