Please describe your student and why you qualify for tutoring.
Tina Vayalil is a very nice smart girl, she is 17 years old. She cannot walk or talk. She wants to go to college and become a nun but she is struggling to pass the tsi test. She failed the first time when she took the tsi I think she can pass with some tutoring. We don’t want to pay for her tutoring because we payed already a lot of money for stuff that she needs so please don’t make us pay. Here is a disease story about Tina Vayalil that she wrote.
When I was 2, I started to walk all by self without a walker. Then when I was 4, I got a very big sickness. After the sickness, I got weak. Then I started to walk with a walker. Sometimes I fall down at school but I always got up. My diagnosis was Cerebral Palsy. When I was 9 my right hip was hurting. I always went to the doctor for a checkup but this time we went for an x ray and the doctor said my hip was dislocated and I need a surgery but we waited. I got a lot of x rays after that. When I was 13, we finally decided to have the surgery because my hip was almost out of the socket. After the surgery, I laid in cast for 6 weeks. My mom took off and take care of me for that 6 weeks. After that, They took off the cast and they give me a bath, at the hospital. I have to stay for 1 day the doctor said. We started to go therapy. When the therapist saw that I am not putting my leg down because it was hurting, they give up on me. We went 3 times to the hospital and finally the doctor said we need to go to water therapy. Now we are going to water therapy. The water therapy gave up on me also. After a few weeks, we went to a chiropractor named Dr. David Erb. He healed my pain of my hip and I started to put my leg down. But my walker was getting small and I kept going backward. My parents got me a gait trainer it will teach me how to walk the right way. It is helping me alot
